David Yung - Bass

David Yung is a former member of the Canadian Children’s Opera Chorus and a graduate of the Vocal Music program within Arts York at Unionville High School. David is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Music, where he studied voice with Darryl Edwards, and was a member of the Faculty Singers. He sang with the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir for two years, and has served as a substitute member of the Elmer Iseler Singers. He is currently serving as Section Lead with the Etobicoke Centennial Choir and the Humbercrest United Church choir, and is very much enjoying his ninth season with the Nathaniel Dett Chorale.
