An Indigo Christmas… Glory to the Newborn King

An Indigo Christmas…Glory To The Newborn King showcases a delightful collection of seasonal Afrocentric Spirituals and Carols, as well as the Nguzo Saba Suite and a Drumming Invocation.

Featured composers are – Adolphus Hailstork, Paul Edwards, Willis Laurence James, Emile Desamours, Darmon Meader, Robert L. Morris, Ivo Antognini, Bruce Saylor, and Glenn Edward Burleigh.

In addition to Artistic Director Brainerd Blyden-Taylor, the podium will be shared with three current members of the ensemble: Dallas Bergen – Founder of the Vox Choirs Toronto, Matheus Coelho – Doctoral Candidate in Conducting University of Toronto, and Matthew Boutda  – Doctoral Candidate in Conducting McGill University Montreal.

Tickets range from $15 to $45
